instructional program for students for the 2021-22 school year.\u00a0The instructional delivery model will include both synchronous and asynchronous classes, which means students will need to attend some regularly scheduled live online class sessions.\u00a0Teachers will be providing direct instruction, facilitating learning activities, assessing students, monitoring progress, and providing support.\u00a0The content will be standards-based and facilitated by certified HCSD teachers.\u00a0While it is impossible to fully replicate the in-person classroom experience, our goal is to provide distractions<\/li>\n<li>Easily-monitored by parents<\/li>\n<li>Have all items readily available for instruction (device, paper, printer, headphones\/speaker, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Have access to reliable stay on track.<\/p>\n<p>Students:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule the day<\/li>\n<li>Get and stay organized<\/li>\n<li>Plan a schedule of what needs to be completed daily in order to stay on track<\/li>\n<li>Check courses daily<\/li>\n<li>Check for teacher messages and assignment feedback daily.<\/li>\n<li>Ask questions.\u00a0 Just as in a \u201cbrick and mortar\u201d setting, students are responsible for getting answers to questions.\u00a0 Teachers are available to answer questions and provide additional support.<\/li>\n<li>Build in breaks to move around<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talk to your child about the daily plans<\/li>\n<li>Check in throughout the day to monitor progress and provide support.\u00a0 Communicate with your
